From downtown to the boat in about 20 to 25 minutes

The Pyrmont Curaçao opens on November 16, 2026, in downtown Willemstad. Every trip leaves from Fisherman's Harbor, Caracasbaai 1, on Spanish Water. From downtown, the drive is about 20 to 25 minutes, a little longer at rush hour.

Rather not drive? Add hotel pickup when you book. A premium SUV takes you to the harbor and brings you back to the hotel after the trip. It costs $150 per SUV, with up to 4 guests in each SUV, and pickup works from anywhere on the island. Tell us you are staying at The Pyrmont when you book.

Trips that leave at 08:00 board at 07:45, so pickup is around 07:00. You get your exact pickup time by WhatsApp and in your booking confirmation, together with the meeting point at the harbor.

The Sunset Cruise goes all the way to Handelskade

If you do one trip from a downtown hotel, make it this one. You leave the harbor at 16:00 and cruise Spanish Water past the mansions and mangroves, with a swim stop around 17:00. Then the boat runs along the coast all the way to Handelskade, the colorful waterfront of Willemstad, and turns back there as the sun goes down. That is the high point: the city you are staying in, seen from the sea at golden hour.

The cruise is 3 hours, back at the harbor at 19:00, from $850 for the whole private boat.

One thing to know: we don't drop guests off at Handelskade. The boat turns there and heads back. On request, we can drop you off along the way back, for example at Mood Beach, Jan Thiel or Caracasbaai. See the Sunset Cruise.

What is on board, and what to bring

The boat has a toilet, a shaded lounge, an air-conditioned cabin, a freshwater shower and a grill. The captain, fuel, towels, snorkel gear, soft drinks, water, ice and a first aid kit are all included. Just bring your own reef-safe sunscreen.

If your meals are already covered at the hotel, the Basic package is often enough. With Basic, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Grilling your own food on board isn't allowed. The Standard and Luxury packages add a host, a bar and food on board.

Celebrating on the water

Birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, proposals, bachelor and bachelorette groups, company outings. The boat is yours, so the plan is too. For a proposal or an anniversary, the Sunset Cruise is the natural pick.

A few add-ons: - A celebration cake, $50. - The Content Creator Package, $300. One of our three in-house content creators comes on board and shoots photos and video, drone shots included. Ask to see a portfolio before you book. - A private chef, $750, booked at least 3 days ahead. The chef cooks at a table at the front of the boat, and you cook along at a shared grill in the center. How booking works

Pick a trip and a date online. A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 48 hours before departure. Trips less than a week away are paid in full when you book.

Cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your trip for a full refund. Less than 7 days before, there is no refund. See our cancellation policy. The weather call is the captain's, made on the morning. If we cancel, you reschedule or take a full refund, never a voucher. The details are in our terms.

Tips are not included. That is up to you, and how you liked the crew.
