Cancellation policy
Plans change. Cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your trip and you get a full refund.
If you cancel
| 7 days or more before your trip | Free cancellation, for any reason. You get back everything you’ve paid. |

| Less than 7 days before your trip | No refund. |
For example, if your trip is on Saturday 19 December, you can cancel until Saturday 12 December and get a full refund.
Trips booked less than 7 days ahead are paid in full when you book and can’t be refunded if you cancel. The weather rule below still applies.
If we cancel for weather
Weather is the captain’s call, made on the morning of your trip. If we cancel, you choose: move to any open date, or take a full refund. Never a voucher.
How to cancel
WhatsApp us or email hello@letsdiscovercuracao.com with your booking reference (it starts with DC-). The date we receive your message is the date that counts. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Your refund
Card payments go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
