How do we book?
Book online. A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due 48 hours before you sail.
Can we cancel?
Yes, for any reason, up to 7 days before your trip, with a full refund. Less than 7 days before, there’s no refund. If the captain cancels for weather, you choose a new date or a full refund. Cancellation policy
Is the boat really ours for the day?
Yes, always private — we never combine groups. The price is for your whole group: up to 14 guests on the Scout 355, or up to 18 on the Scout 420, bookable online from 15 November.
Where do we depart from?
Fisherman’s Harbor, Caracasbaai — 10 to 20 minutes from most hotels. Free parking at the gate.
What’s included in the price?
The boat, captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks and water, snorkel gear, towels, music and all safety gear. Food and drinks depend on your package.
What isn’t included?
Tips aren’t included; it’s up to you. Also not included: alcohol unless your package includes it, and add-ons like jet ski, extra hours or hotel pickup.
What if the weather turns?
The captain decides that morning. If we cancel, you reschedule or get a full refund, never a voucher.
