Where to find us

Fisherman's Harbor is at Caracasbaai 1, on Spanish Water. Locals call it the Vissershaven, so either name works if you ask for directions. Every Discover Curaçao trip starts and ends here, on both of our boats, the Scout 355 and the Scout 420.

We send your exact meeting point before the trip, by email in your booking confirmation and on WhatsApp. Save it on your phone before you set off, so you have it even if your signal drops.

Sandals Royal Curaçao sits on the same lagoon. By road you drive around the water, which takes about 25 minutes. Staying there? Read our guide to boat trips from Sandals Royal Curaçao.

Parking

Parking at the harbor is free. No car yet? You can rent one from Rent Car Curaçao Deals. It gets busy on Sundays, so on a Sunday give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot.

Coming in more than one car? Plan to arrive together, so nobody is still parking when the rest of the group is ready to board. Keep valuables out of sight in the car, and bring only what you need for the day.

Boarding times

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. The trip ends at the booked time, so a late arrival shortens it (see our terms). Running behind? Message us on WhatsApp.

On the Sunset Cruise we run along the coast to Handelskade, the colorful Willemstad waterfront, and turn back there. You stay on board and we bring you back to the harbor. If you ask, we can drop you off on the way back, for example at Mood Beach (Mambo), Jan Thiel or Caracasbaai.

Want to leave before 08:00 or come back after 19:00? Ask for an early departure or a late return when you book. Each is $125.

Hotel pickup

Rather not drive? Add hotel pickup when you book. A premium SUV takes you to the harbor and back to your hotel after the trip. Pickup works from anywhere on the island. Each SUV takes up to 4 guests and costs $150, so a group of 8 travels in two SUVs. Tell us your hotel when you book.

For the 07:45 morning boarding, pickup is around 07:00. You get your exact pickup time by WhatsApp and in your booking confirmation.

No pickup booked? Then you arrange your own way to and from the harbor.

What to bring

Keep it simple:

  • Swimwear, worn under your clothes
  • Reef-safe sunscreen, to protect the coral. Please bring your own.
  • A hat and sunglasses
  • Any personal medication
  • Your own food and drinks, if you booked the Basic package (no grilling on board)

Leave your towel at home. Towels are on board, along with snorkel masks and fins, soft drinks, water and ice, child and infant life jackets, a seasickness kit and a first aid kit. The boat has a toilet, a shaded lounge, an air-conditioned cabin, a freshwater shower and a grill, plus a Bluetooth sound system and wifi.

Pick your trip

All our boat trips in Curaçao are private. The boat is yours, never shared with strangers. The Scout 355 takes up to 14 guests and you can book it online. For a group of up to 18, the Scout 420 books online for trips from November 15, 2026, at a boat price 25% above the Scout 355. For earlier dates, ask us on WhatsApp. Both boats are on our fleet page.

Prices are for the whole private boat on the Scout 355. The 9% OB tax is added at checkout. Ready to go? Book your trip online. Still have questions? Our FAQ has more.
